2. Products & Usage
· The LEDFace Mask is classified as a cosmetic/beauty device and is FDA-cleared and ARTG-listed.
· Individual results may vary based on skin type, lifestyle, and consistency of use.
· The device is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition or disease.
· Always follow the instructions and safety guidelines provided in the user manual.
3. Orders & Payments
· All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of payment.
· Prices are displayed in AUD (Australian Dollars) and are subject to change without notice.
· Payments are securely processed through Shopify Payments, PayPal, or other trusted providers.
· LEDFace Skin Co does not store or have access to your complete payment information.
4. Shipping & Delivery
· Orders are typically processed within 5 business days of purchase.
· Standard delivery times within Australia are 7–10 business days for regular mail.
· International shipping times may vary depending on destination and customs clearance.
· LEDFACE Skin Co is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, or unforeseen events beyond our control.
5. Returns & Refunds
· Our Returns Policy applies to all purchases. Please review it carefully for eligibility and process details.
· Customers must follow the steps outlined in the Returns Policy to qualify for a refund, exchange, or replacement.
6. Warranty
· All LEDFace Masks include a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty covering defects in materials or workmanship.
· An optional 12-month extended warranty is available for $39.
· The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, unauthorised modifications, or normal wear and tear.
· To lodge a warranty claim, please contact our support team at support@ledfaceskin.com with proof of purchase and product details.
7. Intellectual Property
· All content on this website — including the LEDFACE logo, imagery, text, product descriptions, and design elements — is the intellectual property of LEDFACE Skin Co.
· You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any content without our prior written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
· To the fullest extent permitted by law, LEDFACE Skin Co shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products.
