All LEDFACE orders are processed within 3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and courier details.

Please note: During launch periods, sales, or promotional events, dispatch times may extend by 1–2 days due to high demand.

🇦🇺 Australian Shipping

We offer free standard shipping Australia-wide on all LEDFACE orders.

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days (depending on your location)

Express Shipping: Available at checkout for an additional fee (1–3 business days)

Couriers Used: Australia Post, Sendle, or other reliable carriers depending on your region

All parcels are shipped from our Brisbane location and include tracking and signature on delivery for your peace of mind. Please note during peak seasons delivery may be delayed due to carrier demands.

🌏 International Shipping

We currently ship within Australia and NZ only
International orders will be available soon — please sign up to our newsletter for updates.

🚪 Delivery Details

Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and safe for parcel drop-off.
If you won’t be home, you may provide an Authority to Leave (ATL) at checkout, allowing the courier to leave your parcel in a secure location.
LEDFACE is not responsible for parcels once marked as delivered by the carrier.

📍 Tracking Your Order

Once dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your tracking link.
You can also log into your LEDFACE account to view order status and tracking updates at any time.

Remote or regional addresses
